Reese Witherspoon began acting in motion pictures when she was just a child, and has continued to act and gain more strength and popularity with time. She has shown a great range of acting skills from comedies to dramas, and has also demonstrated her talent for playing engaging heroines in comedy romances, as well.

She is another famous actress who has not only been blessed with appealing features, but also a beautiful singing voice, which she displayed in the film, "Walk the Line".

This film portrays the tumultuous relationship between June Carter Cash, played wonderfully by Reese Witherspoon, and Johnny Cash, who is portrayed by Joaquin Phoenix. It was for this film that she won an Academy Award for best actress.
