Matthew McConaughey Movies
In the last ten years, McConaughey has starred in quite a few romantic movies. But his works are not restricted to that. He has also appeared in dramas, like “Amistad” and “Contact”, to crime thrillers, such as “A Time to Kill” to comedy pictures, including “EDtv”. Back in 1995, he was a member of the cast in the chick flick “Boys on the Side”.
Some of McConaughey works in the romantic comedy movies sub-genre include the 2001 flick “The Wedding Planner”, with Jennifer Lopez. Just a few years later, in 2003, he starred for the first time with actress Kate Hudson in the funny and romantic feature “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days”. Then, a few years later, he appeared across from Sarah Jessica Parker in “Failure to Launch”, which premiered in 2006.
McConaughey and Hudson teamed up again in the adventure, romance and comedy film “Fool’s Gold” in 2008. And following that the next year, came “Ghosts of Girlfriend’s Past”. This is his most recent romantic film and he was featured with Jennifer Garner. In March 2011, McConaughey brought to life “Mick Haller” in the legal thriller “The Lincoln Lawyer” adapted from Michael Connelly’s novel of the same name, set in California.
