Liv Tyler Movies

Liv Tyler, with sparkling blue eyes and dark hair, has distinguished herself as an actress apart from her famous father Steven Tyler. The first film she was a part of, “Silent Fall” was released when Tyler was just seventeen, in 1994. In the next three years, she starred in several romance films, “Heavy”, “Stealing Beauty”, which takes place in Italy and “Inventing the Abbotts”.

Tyler was a member of the ensemble cast in the successful blockbuster film “Armageddon”, which also starred Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thornton and Ben Affleck.  In 1999, Tyler starred in the romantic period movie “Onegin”, with Ralph Fiennes, which is set in early 19th century Russia. A few years later, she brought to life the beautiful Elven princess Arwen in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

While she hasn’t done many romantic comedies, her most recent one was “Jersey Girl” from 2004, where she again starred with Ben Affleck. Her two most recent releases were “Super” and “The Ledge”, which both had limited USA releases in 2011.
