Romantic Movies 2004
There were plenty of good romantic movies released in 2004 ranging from musicals to comedies. So many, that we created a list, which includes cast information and the date of their release, but we have also provided some more suggestions at the bottom (because we didn’t want to trim those flicks off our list completely).
Each year, there are several actors who show up more than once on our list, and this year, there were two: Topher Grace and Anne Hathaway. Topher Grace appeared across from Scarlett Johansson in “In Good Company” and then alongside Kate Bosworth in “Win a Date with Tad Hamilton”. Hathaway starred in “Ella Enchanted” based on the fantasy novel, and “The Princess Diaries 2”. Speaking of literature adaptations, “The Merchant of Venice” was adapted from the Shakespeare play. Included on our list are two foreign films, “A Very Long Engagement” from France, and “The Hidden Blade” from Japan. The titles in this collection are arranged by their release date, to help your search for a specific flick to be easier.
