Kate Hudson Movies
While “Almost Famous” was not her first motion picture, it was this film which helped her career to really take off. After that flick, she went on to star in many romantic movies, showing her ability to create an endearing and interesting protagonist. Hudson starred alongside Heath Ledger and Wes Bentley in the period movie and romance picture “The Four Feathers” which was released in 2002.
In the next year, came three romantic comedy movies. The first was the contemporary flick “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days”, in which Hudson appeared across from Matthew McConaughey. The second film in 2003 was “Alex & Emma” which was a mixture of historical romance and also a modern day love story. And the last picture, for a little more drama with your comedy and romance, check out “Le Divorce”, which is set in Paris and also stars Naomi Watts.
2006 saw the release of another funny romantic film with Hudson, “You, Me and Dupree”. Then in 2008, she worked again with McConaughey in the picture “Fool’s Gold” a humorous and romantic adventure flick. And also from that same year came the comedy and romance picture “My Best Friend’s Girl”. Two films with Hudson premiered in 2009. First, she starred with Anne Hathaway in the chick flick “Bride Wars” and then was also a part of the cast in the ensemble musical “Nine”. Her most recent release was another romantic film “Something Borrowed” which was adapted from a popular novel of the same name.
